Global Experiences is seeking a highly motivated individual to work with our enrolled participants to prepare them for their international internship program. This position exists at the heart of the organization’s program delivery team working with each person on pre-program preparation including internship placement processing; visa management; and documentation compliance for a group of our program destinations.
Internship Placement Director
Global Experiences is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to oversee and manage the internship placement process, ensuring successful matches between our program participants and organizations in our locations around the world. This position exists at the heart of the organization’s program delivery team.
Academic Internship Assistant Director
Global Experiences is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to grow our network of higher education relationships. The Academic Internship Assistant Director will assist our University Director as we work with universities and colleges in establishing and maintaining academic internship programs throughout all of our global program locations.
Dublin Location Coordinator
This position is located in Dublin, Ireland and the candidate must be able to legally work in Ireland. The role of Dublin Location Coordinator is to work as the central point of contact for all internship program participants and to represent the company locally with host employers. This position serves as the primary representative of Global Experiences in Dublin responsible for social support, addressing participant issues, employer relations & sourcing, and related tasks. This includes providing orientation upon arrival and acting as an emergency point contact for the duration of their program.
Internship Program Consultant
Do you work well within a team and possess an entrepreneurial spirit? Are you hard working and have a high level of enthusiasm for working with young people? The role of Internship Program Consultant is to serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries relating to our international internship programs. We provide life-changing experiences through practical work experience, cultural immersion and language training (where applicable) away from the influences of home.

As a business and marketing intern at Global Experiences, you will gain firsthand experience in a huge diversity of core functions. From learning important CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot, to planning and running mass email campaigns, to managing a social media engagement strategy, there is no shortage of interesting things to be done.
