    New York Internship Program Tuition and Schedule

    Challenge yourself with an internship in New York with Global Experiences. Gain the professional experiences you need while living and working in the heart of Manhattan. Our team is dedicated to helping you meet your career goals, which is why we created an internship program that includes centralized housing, social events, career development, and personalized support from our staff.

    Read below to learn more about what is all included in the program tuition as well as information on program dates, prices, and financing options.

    Payment Options

    Upon acceptance to the program, we require a $1,000 USD deposit to secure your spot. The remainder of the program tuition can be paid with the following options.

    Pay in 30 Days: The program tuition balance will be due within 30 days of enrollment.

    Installment Plan: The Installment plan allows for students to break up the remaining balance into equal monthly payments. The full program tuition must be paid 30 days prior to departure. There is a 5% interest fee on installment payments. Consult the Global Experiences accounts department ( for more information.

    3 Year Plan: Through our partnership with Upstart, you’ll be able to pay off your program over a 3 year period at a low rate. Simply apply, get approved, and secure your funds for your program. You’ll then be able to pay off your program over a longer period of time, reducing your monthly payments.


    Program Tuition Details and Mission Philosophy

    What goes in to our program? We pride ourselves on transparency; below you will see a breakdown of exactly what the program tuition goes towards. Global Experiences is committed to the most affordable programming while still ensuring a top tier experience for our participants..


    Internship placement, pre-departure staff, career development, visa assistance- Ensuring the highest quality and personalized program means having a committed staff spending many hours of one-on-one time with our each of our participants.

    Housing- We often negotiate contracts with housing 18 months in advance and make deposits for our students to ensure we get quality housing in the best location possible.

    Location staff, program orientation costs and social activities- We have permanently based staff in every location, and will send more staff to assist with larger groups when needed to ensure we have plenty of local support for our interns.

    Management and organizational costs- Management, marketing, rent, university program development and campus visits, technology, professional services, travel and program development and other costs.
