Madrid Internship Program

Internships in Madrid are for university and college students. This program provides an opportunity to live in Spain’s capital where you can thrive off of the energy of the city and its people, all while having the support of a well established and trusted international organization.

Along with your fellow interns on the program, you will also connect with local professionals in your career field at your internship placement, as well as those in the broader community through our career and social events. The working atmosphere can be a little more formal than other cities, although it depends on the type of workplace. Madrid workplaces offer a welcoming and inclusive culture where most colleagues eat meals together, which helps interns acclimate to their new team and get to spend time learning about the local culture. Since lunch is late in the day (around 2 pm) and dinner is as well (typically 10-11pm) most people take time after work to enjoy a stroll, work out, go to the market and wind down.

Join a lively and collaborative culture to expand your network and enhance your skills-set. Set yourself apart from your peers with a unique internship abroad in Madrid.

Benito after watching a soccer game

What an experience!! I was a bit reluctant when I signed up for the London program, but Global Experience made it so easier and simple for me to navigate all the steps. All of this would have not been possible without all the GE coordinators that were here to guide us through the whole journey. 10/10 would recommend this program.
