Project Moda: Season Two

Back by popular demand, Global Experiences Project Moda Season Two has been announced for June 2012, and it is going to be even bigger!
2010 Fashion interns in Italy turned heads and strutted their stuff in Florence as part of a fashion styling competition in which they worked as a team to produce their own catwalk collection and produce their first fashion show with a live audience, camera crew, and a panel of judges from the Italian fashion industry.
Season Two will take the challenge Europe wide, and participants will be invited to take part from any of our 2012 Summer internship programs.
Participants will be presented with the challenge in their internship city and will work in small groups to create their own looks and brand before traveling to Italy for a 3 day weekend in Florence, Italy where they will prepare for showing their looks for an evening fashion show competition where your looks will walk the catwalk and be judge. There will be only one winning group.
Judges include a national Italian media fashion journalist; fashion buyers; and Fashion professionals. This is your chance to get noticed! And Get MADE IN ITALY.
All Global Experiences Europe summer interns with a passion for fashion are invited to participate. We know even accountants can be super stylish so bring your bling and a great attitude to experience this great networking opportunity. A great group of interns are already on their way for this program add-on.
The event will take place from the evening of Thursday, June 28th through Sunday, July 1st 2012. On Thursday, interns are treated to a welcome dinner. Friday finds the interns touring historic Florence on an exclusive fashion tour. Saturday, Project Moda will take place in a fun and unique fashion environment. Sunday, a surprise trip will have the interns immersing themselves in all things Italy! Housing is included for interns coming from other locations.
