Culinary placements require students with a culinary background. Tasks may include assisting a restaurant, pastry shop or cafe. The placement may include preparation of first courses (hot and cold) as well as presentation of first and second courses. These placements are very mentor driven.
This cute bistro is well known for their fish dishes. Created in 2010 the restaurant's d‚cor and style is very modern while their cuisine is creative and fantastic. The interns will be guided in their duties by their master chef and tutor. Successful interns here will graduate as chefs themselves.
Ideal Candidate: Advanced class standing from a strong culinary program, a 3.0 GPA and a very serious work ethic is required. Intermediate Italian skills are required to keep up with the head chef!

This group of restaurants is composed of different types of cuisine and settings:
A room for a light lunch with the best meats and cheeses of Tuscany; In the heart of Florence, a restaurant serving typical regional south Tuscan recipes. Interns in this culinary placement will get to learn from Florentine chefs and expand their portfolio with traditional Italian fare.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary coursework and experience. Basic italian language is required to excel.
This restaurant offers a rich and varied menu made up of appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, pizza and cake Tuscania and Italian. A particular emphasis is devoted to Calabrian cuisine. The highly trained staff is looking to take an enthusiastic culinary student or graduate under their wing.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will speak intermediate to advanced Italian and have ample culinary coursework and experience.
